Raw Emerald Necklace
I actually found this item and the ordering process very confusing. My daughter wanted the gold chain as is shown here. However it arrived with a silver chain. The stone itself is quite small and looks like it could chip and break if not handled carefully. The shipping to Canada is quite expensive. This was requested as a Christmas present and is being used, but I would hesitate to order again given the confusion between gold and silver and the cost of $20 for shipping such a small item.

There was a shipping problem (original lost in mail) and it was not fixed promptly. The loss was discovered during holiday rush, so I'm sure it was overlooked for that reason. When it was remedied, I received another necklace quickly. It is attractive and customized as requested.
