How long is production?

Upon receipt of full payment and full personalization details, we will take 3-4 days to process and create your personalized and handcrafted jewelry. We cannot rush our production time, but we offer expedited shipping options. Please select your shipping at the check-out.

 

Do you offer gift boxes?

Every LillaDesigns jewelry item comes packaged in a complimentary gift box with polishing cloth and cleaning instruction card.

 

What size should I order?

Please refer to the size charts and guides in each item description.

 

How do I send in the handwriting?

Please upload during the check-out the handwriting or email it to hello@lilladesigns.com

 

Can you combine multiple handwriting or signatures from different images?

Yes, we can do that. Please upload each image and add your instructions to the note section of the check-out.  Any difficulty, please contact us hello@lilladesigns.com.

 

Can you engrave on the back side of the piece?

Most of our designs can come with option for back engraving. Please refer to the item descriptions.

 

Will silver tarnish?

Please kindly understand sterling silver does get tarnished. How fast it gets tarnished depends on how you care for your jewelry and the nature of your sweat. However the good thing about silver jewelry is that when your piece shows signs of tarnishing, you can clean it with a polishing cloth or preferably a cleaning solution and it will look like new again.

 

Will 14K Gold Fill tarnish?

14K Gold filled or also known as "rolled Gold" is composed of a solid layer of gold bonded with heat and pressure to a base metal. It has a a 10,000 times stronger Gold layer than gold plated jewelry.  It is great for sensitive skin and will not tarnish.   This is a fantastic alternative to solid gold with a much lower price point.

We are sorry that we do not offer phone support at the moment. If you have any question, please email us at hello@lilladesigns.com and we will get back to you soon as we can, usually within 1 business day in off-peak season.

 

POST-ORDER

Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24-hour grace period, a small cancellation fee might be charged on a case by case basis depending on how far we’ve come into the production process. Order cancellation will no longer be accepted 3 days from your order date.  

 

How do I return a Lilladesigns item?

Only non-personalized items are accepted for return. Please contact us within 30 days of receipt at hello@lilladesigns.com
